Board and Executive Director Roles
The board shall maintain and periodically update a policy statement that specifies and differentiates the roles of the Community Board and the Executive Director in fulfilling the mission of the college, in order, to ensure clarity and mutual understanding, and to provide appropriate structures of accountability.

Community Board Role
